Why advisors send us their hikers

The challenge they want, with the support you need to understand.

Your clients will hike the full route with a team dedicated to their party. We explain the daily effort, camp arrangements, preparation and pricing so you can recommend the trek with confidence. After three camping nights, they finish at Inkaterra before visiting Machu Picchu the next morning.

Permit planning

We explain the release or availability process and confirm what has actually been secured. A request, deposit and issued permit are different stages, and we keep you informed throughout. If we can’t secure any of the agreed dates, we offer the nearest alternatives, or your client chooses a full refund of the deposit or a credit. Booking terms →

Private operation

We don’t combine your clients with other bookings. Their guide, cook and porters are assigned to their party, with staffing appropriate to the group and route. Camp includes separate private restroom tents for women and men.

An included hotel finish

The five-day product includes night four at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo and a celebration dinner, with the planned guided Machu Picchu visit the next day. The room arrangements and full service list are set out in the proposal.

Register

Get the details you need to recommend the trek.

Register and we email you the advisor portal password the same day. The portal holds the current rates, commission terms, the client-ready itinerary and the brand kit. Tell us whether you already have a trip in mind, and we’ll help with the next steps. We respond to advisor inquiries within one business day and confirm a proposal timeline once we understand the brief.

Do I need an IATA or CLIA number?

No. We work with accredited agencies, host-agency advisors and independents. If you have a number, include it; it speeds up commission paperwork.

Who is the merchant of record?

Inca Trek LLC, a U.S. company. Your clients contract and pay in U.S. dollars. Destination Peru E.I.R.L., our licensed Peruvian operator, runs the trek on the ground.

How do you communicate with my clients?

We agree the communication arrangements with you before contacting your clients about their trip.
